Yoga Nidra, also known as yogi sleep, is a state of consciousness in-between sleep and awake induced by a shooting guided meditation. Yoga Nidra is said to bring immediate benefits such as improved sleep, reduced stress and has the potential to heal psychological wounds and trauma.
